product for my granddaughter a couple of months before Christmas. When
we opened it at Christmas the music did not play correctly. It will
begin a song and then stop if it plays at all. The item would have been
expensive to return for credit or exchange so I decided to email the
company for help in replacing the music box. I have not received a
response from them and it has been about two months. If you purchase
this product and it is defective I hope you have better luck getting
help than I did.
